IARMA is pleased to announce its Environmental Radioactivity Proficiency Test ERAD-PT-2024 on the determination of natural and anthropogenic radionuclides in Hay and Water
The IARMA ERAD-PT-2024 is conducted according to predefined criteria, for more information please refer to: PT General Procedure and Criteria for environmental radioactivity proficiency tests.
Target laboratories: Laboratories working in the field of environmental radioactivity analysis of anthropogenic and natural radionuclides.
Proficiency test materials: One bottle of 150 g of dried, milled, homogenized and sterilized Hay; contains K-40, Co-60, Ba-133, Cs-137, and Eu-152, with one surprise unannounced radionuclide and three bottles of 250 ml of water spiked with anthropogenic and natural radionuclides at environmental levels: Co-60, Ba-133, Cs-137, Eu-152, Pb-210, Th-232, and U-238, with one surprise unannounced radionuclide.
